About me

My life is ART

I am a visual artist, graphic designer, and art educator based in Dublin, working across mixed media, sculpture, and contemporary design. With a background in fine arts and visual & spatial design, my practice is rooted in experimentation, material exploration, and a strong connection to organic form.

My creative journey spans over two decades, beginning with formal training in fine arts and evolving through graphic design, product design, and community-based art education. I work intuitively, allowing materials and processes to guide each piece, resulting in artworks that balance structure with spontaneity and emotion.

Alongside my studio practice, I run didART studio, where I create original artworks, lead workshops for children and adults, and develop inclusive art programs tailored to diverse needs. Teaching and community engagement play a vital role in my work, and I am passionate about making art accessible, expressive, and meaningful for everyone.

My work has been exhibited internationally and supported by Creative Ireland, the Design & Craft Council of Ireland, and the Visual Artist. Through both my art and teaching, I aim to create thoughtful, tactile experiences that invite connection, curiosity, and a sense of calm.

I create contemporary mixed media artworks designed to enhance interior spaces through texture, form, and thoughtful composition. Working closely with interior designers and private clients, I take pride in developing bespoke pieces that respond to architecture, colour palettes, and the atmosphere of each space. My work is innovative and well-considered, often challenging traditional artistic boundaries while remaining timeless and harmonious within an interior setting.

My creative process is highly collaborative and ever evolving. Each commission begins with a conversation—allowing the artwork to be shaped by the client’s vision, spatial requirements, and emotional intent. This dedication to craftsmanship and experimentation has been recognised through multiple awards and continues to inspire my exploration of new materials and techniques.

My artworks are held in both private and public collections and can be found in residential, hospitality, and curated interior environments worldwide. I have also completed high-profile private commissions, including bespoke portrait work for distinguished clients, bringing a personal and meaningful dimension to my practice.

If you are an interior designer, architect, or private collector seeking a custom artwork, I welcome enquiries and enjoy working closely to ensure each piece is thoughtfully tailored and professionally delivered. didART studio is committed to providing a seamless, reliable service, and I am always happy to discuss ideas, concepts, or upcoming projects.
