The following Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions made with didART studio. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Each order placed is treated as an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms & Conditions. A binding contract is formed once didART studio accepts the order, which occurs upon receipt of full payment.
Making a Purchase & Payments
didART studio accepts the following payment methods:

If payment is not received within 3 days of placing an order, and no prior arrangement has been made to extend the payment period, the order will be cancelled and the item may be made available for sale again.
Availability of Goods
All products are made to order and created specifically for each client. Items are not pre-made or mass-produced.
Custom Projects & Commissions
Bespoke projects and commissions are welcomed and can be developed based on the client’s ideas and requirements. Terms, timelines, and pricing for custom work are agreed individually via email prior to commencement.
Despatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days, excluding custom or commissioned pieces.
All orders are dispatched only after payment has been fully cleared.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the didART studio website are listed in Euro (€).
didART studio reserves the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
didART studio is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, taxes, or additional charges applied by local authorities. These costs are not included in the item price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
All parcels are sent via An Post (Ireland) standard delivery service.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
Returns Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Returned items must be in original condition and original packaging.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless an error has occurred on our part or the item is defective. Items damaged during return transit cannot be refunded; customers are advised to package returns securely.

Every effort has been made to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of publication. Orders will only be accepted where no material errors exist.
While we strive to display product colours as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to individual screen settings. Therefore, exact colour representation cannot be guaranteed.
